Notice of Availability Of Revised Statement Of Estimated Regulatory Costs

In accordance with Section 120.541 of the Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (department) announces the availability of a Revised Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC) associated with the departmentís rulemaking to create a new Class I-Treated designated use in chapter 62-302, F.A.C.  On July 21, 2016, the Department received a request for a lower cost regulatory alternative (LCRA) to revise certain criteria for its new Class I-Treated designated use; however, the request was immediately withdrawn the next day.
