NPDES Stormwater Program Fees

 

Rule 62-4.050(4)(d), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) requires the following National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater permitting fees:

Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities (CGP)	Large Construction (>5 acres)	$400
	Small Construction (1-5 acres)	$250
State of Florida Multi-Sector Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP)	N/A	$500
No Exposure Exclusion from NPDES Stormwater Permitting (NEX)	N/A	$200
Notice of Termination (NOT)	N/A	No Fee
Generic Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s)	Population 50,000 or greater	$11,700
	Population 10,000 to <50,000	$7,988
	Population less than 10,000; Florida Department of Transportation facilities	$5,625
