The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)
provides a web-based electronic document management system know as OCULUS
for public access to public records associated with the Waste Management
Program and the Water Resources Program.
Anyone with an internet connection can now login to
OCULUS and locate information and documents associated
with permitted facilities and activities.
Documents in OCULUS are filed under a specific DEP
program (Waste or Water Resources) and facility. You will need the facility/site name or the facility
identification number as it is entered into OCULUS to access the
facility's documents.
*All documents are not available in OCULUS at this
time. Documents that are exempt from public records will not be
accessible.
